Click on any "create my canvas" icon. This will bring you to the right page. However, we suggest visiting
the "how it works" page first. It should answer any questions about the process.
After you order your canvas and checkout you will immediately receive an e-mail from Imagine Canvas
containing your order confirmation. Click "reply", then locate and click the "attach" button, next
browse for and select the photo you wish to send us and click "open". Verify that your photo has been
attached to the e-mail and press send.
If you choose to scan your photo, make sure that the scanning resolution is between 800-1200 dpi if
you want a large print. Keep in mind that this will be a large file and may take a little while to attach to
an email. You may also send us a CD with your photo. We recommend that you let our experts scan
your photo in order to match the color and maximize the quality of your print.
Choose the "postal mail" option in when ordering your canvas. We will rush a prepaid mailing
envelope for your photo, CD, negative or slide to your mailing address. If you have a print that is
larger than 5"x7" please indicate the size so we can send you a larger envelope.
Standard orders are shipped out within approximately 5 business days. All orders are delivered via
FedEx Ground and should arrive in 3-5 business days. Large orders, complex orders and orders
placed during high-volume seasons may take longer. Rush delivery is available for an addional

We use archival canvas and ink designed to last several lifetimes. We apply a semi-gloss UV protective
coating to prevent fading and protect against moderate wear & tear.
Minor to moderate retouching, color correction and the removal of undesirable artifacts is always
carefully applied when needed to achieve the best result possible for you. If you have any special
requests or creative ideas for your canvas, just contact us and we will be happy to assess your needs.
What if I have more than one picture to send?
That's great. Just make sure that when you send your photos, the names or descriptions match up with
the ones you gave your pictures when you placed your order.
What if I am not happy with my canvas?
Shop with confidence! Our canvases are backed by a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchace, please contact us within 30 days of shipment. We will gladly
provide you with a replacement or full refund.
Is the size and quality of my photo good enough to make big?
Most digital photos taken on more recent cameras will be large enough to scale up to any size we offer.
Any sharp physical print can be scaled up to any size. If you would like to know if your photo will look
good at your desired size, we encourage you to send it to us before you order. We will be happy to look

My photo is very precious to me and I'm nervous about sending it in the mail, what should I do?
We recommend you scan it and then send it to us via E-mail or CD. If you do not own a scanner you
can have it scanned and saved to a CD at Kinko's or your local photo lab.
